We left Old San Juan the morning that Roger’s parents departed and decided to make our way back to Culebra for their famous NYE party. We tried fishing with Ballyhoo for the first time as all our Powerboat Fish Junkie friends form Club Nautico recommended it to us… we ran into some hungry fish along the way, ate some ceviche, and enjoyed the mild conditions perfect...
