“the hustle” trelis bay – 11 oct

after our fun in north sound we headed back to trelis to meet up with aragon who runs an art studio that aimee had been talking about working for. the job opportunity was for a “couple” and the dude was supposed to drive a boat. as it would turn out the boat driving was primarily for the “hustle” as the owner described it where you go around and sell fruit and vegies and tshirts and other stuff to the charter people.

after much stalling i agreed to go on one “hustle”, yes that is me in the tshirt, i know i dont where tshirts but it was a requirement. after we finished the event aimee asked. “what do you think”, i replied that is the last “hustle” i am ever going on, 2 hours of my life i will never get back!

aimee was still interested in the job so i was a bit concerned i would have to fall on the sword.

as luck would have it a few days after this “hustel” event aimee got a call from a friend of a friend and next thing she knew she had a full time contract job doing the graphics for a new iphone yoga app making about 3 to 5 x what the local job! the same day i talked to my boss and she indicated she had at least full time work for me through the end of the year

so, good news no hustel bad news no free time for either of us!

cheers, Roger
